At The Guy Society we have some things that we like more than others.  In the “like” column we include a heavy dose of cars, women, successful businesses, successful people, and exotic locations.  The one thing that we love more than all of these individually, is when they come together in one epic time and place.  The penultimate event where our favorite worlds collide is at Maximillion Cooper’s Gumball 3000.

Editors Notes:

Gumball 3000 was launched in 1999 by British entrepreneur Maximillion Cooper, following his vision to combine action sports, automobiles and music to create a popular culture lifestyle brand. It all began by Maximillion inviting his celebrity friends to join him on an action packed road-trip across Europe, driving beautiful cars and hosting legendary parties attended by Kate Moss, Jamiroquai, Kylie Minogue and Johnny Knoxville. Over the following decade the concept grew from an underground car rally, fuelled by myth and rumor, into a global brand attracting the endorsement of blue chip corporations such as Nike, You Tube, Fiat and Red Bull – and the participation of celebrities including; Afrojack, deadmau5, David Hasselhoff, Snoop Dogg, EVE, Major Lazer, Travis Barker, Xzibit, Adrien Brody, Tyson Beckford, David Guetta, Tony Hawk and Dennis Rodman.

Maximillion Cooper has acted as guest creative director for multiple brands within the automotive and fashion sectors, including Puma, adidas Originals, the Morgan Motor Company and Fiat; and in 2015 was voted into the ‘Top 50 Most Influential People in the Automotive Industry’ by US lifestyle publication, Complex magazine.

Gumball 3000 combines the worlds of automobiles, music, action sports and popular culture for a unique event that is televised globally to over 60 million viewers, and has a combined social media following of over 100 million followers. The Gumball 3000 Group operates eight companies within entertainment, finance, and fashion, with a retail presence in over 30 countries. The Gumball 3000 brand was recently valued at over $300 million by Forbes.

Gumball 3000 Foundation:

The Gumball 3000 brand has become prolific within popular culture, and by channelling the collective means and influence of its five thousand plus alumni members that include numerous Forbes 500 CEO’s and global celebrities, the Gumball 3000 Foundation was established in 2013 to benefit underprivileged youth through education, infrastructure and recreational projects. Further to capitalizing on a powerful group of individuals, the Foundation works alongside multiple global commercial partners to assist in their charitable efforts and to guide their respective and considerable philanthropic attentions to causes that Gumball can identify from its unique position as a successful youth culture brand.
