A lot of guys would consider Sarah Russi to be their dream girl. She’s cute, sweet, petite, and hosts her own wrestling podcast. That’s a killer combo if there ever was one. Sarah took the plunge into the modeling industry as a teenager and the ball has been rolling ever since, consistently working while climbing the entertainment industry ladder. More than just a pretty face, she is also pursuing acting and broadcasting. The Guy Society caught up with cutie, Sarah Russi to discuss her start in modeling, her views on dating, and her goals for the future.
The Guy Society: Hey Sarah, welcome to The Guy Society. How’s everything going?
Sarah Russi: I’m great, thank you for asking. I’ve been pretty busy this summer. I just finished recording an episode of my podcast today.
The Guy Society: Okay, here’s my first question. You have that all American, girl next door look. Would you say that description fits your personality as well?
Sarah Russi: Definitely, I’m down to earth and I’m really sweet. Sometimes people tell me that I’m too nice.
The Guy Society: Let’s take it back a little bit further, when and how did you get into modeling?
Sarah Russi: I have wanted to be in the entertainment industry ever since I was a teenager, it was always something I’ve aspired to do, especially TV work and modeling. I did my first photoshoot when I was 17, and it kind of just took off from there. The more photoshoots I did, the more work I was getting.
The Guy Society: When you first got into modeling, was it hard for you to take some of the sexier pictures or were you just a natural?
Sarah Russi: I look back at some of the photos I took when I was 18 and 19 and I think I come across uncomfortable in some of my older shots. Now I have an idea of how I want to look in my photos but it took me some time to learn that.
The Guy Society: What would you say is your best physical feature and what physical feature do you most get complimented on?
Sarah Russi: My smile or my legs. Those are the two things I get complimented on the most.
The Guy Society: Here at the Guy Society, we like to get advice from beautiful women. What would you say is the best way for a guy to approach a woman he’s interested in?
Sarah Russi: Don’t be shy or nervous, and don’t make it obvious that you’re interested.
Just talk to her like you would with anyone else. If it’s me, I actually prefer if I’m approaching a guy I’m interested in. After that, the guy should do all the initial texting and calling.
The Guy Society: What’s your idea of the perfect date? Are you more of a Netflix and chill type of girl or a fancy night on the town girl?
Sarah Russi: Night on the town. I’ll never go to a guy’s house like that. They really have to put the effort in because I can be a little hard to impress sometimes. I like dining at really nice restaurants, and I prefer quiet places where we can talk.
The Guy Society: Other than modeling, what would you say you’re passionate about?
Sarah Russi: I like to act. That’s the other thing I’m working on.
The Guy Society: What are the top 3 things on your bucket list that you’re dying to do?
Sarah Russi: I want to travel more and see more places. I want to do reality TV. I do have a third goal, but I would rather keep that a secret. You’ll have to wait and see if it happens.
The Guy Society: I know you also host a podcast. Can you tell us about that?
Sarah Russi: Vince Russo asked me to do an interview with him for his vodcast about a year ago.
If you’re a fan of wrestling, you know that he was a writer for WWE. After our first interview, he asked me if I wanted to host my own vodcast show for his channel, he introduced me to his friend Scott, and he came up with the whole concept and title. I wear a bikini when I do my interviews and I book most of the guests. The majority of guests are all in the wrestling industry. It’s titled The Beauty and the Beast Show, and there’s video available on YouTube and audio versions on iTunes.
The Guy Society: If you could set up your dream photoshoot from the photographer, to the location, to the magazine it would be published in, what would it be?
Sarah Russi: I’ve never really thought about what my dream photoshoot would be. I love doing photoshoots inside or outside of a gorgeous mansion and getting published in any high profile magazine is a win.
The Guy Society: Random Questions: Sneakers or sexy high heels?
Sarah Russi: High heels if I’m going out on a date.
The Guy Society: Three items you can’t live without?
Sarah Russi: My phone, my credit card, and coffee.
The Guy Society: TV show you’re obsessed with right now?
Sarah Russi: I actually don’t watch a lot of TV but every once in a while, there will be a reality show that I will watch.
The Guy Society: Pizza or burgers?
Sarah Russi: Veggie burgers.
The Guy Society: Pajamas, lingerie or nothing at all?
Sarah Russi: Nothing at all.
The Guy Society: Would you describe yourself as high maintenance or low maintenance?
Sarah Russi: I’m both, high maintenance and low maintenance.
The Guy Society: Dirty talk in the bedroom: Hell yes or no way?
Sarah Russi: Dirty talk almost anywhere and anytime, via the phone.
The Guy Society: Okay Sarah, time to wrap things up here. Can you tell our readers where they can follow you?
Sarah Russi: Yes, you can find me on social media and on my personal website. This was fun, thanks for having me Jon.
